At FireStone we customize all of our events based on the individual needs of each guest and have flexible room and space options.
All private dining rooms guests must exit the room by midnight.
Seats up to 30 guests maximum (approximately 400 sq ft)
$300.00 Room Minimum
If total food and beverage bill reaches $300.00 or more, there will be no fee to reserve the space.
This room features an LCD flat screen TV, which can be used at no charge for power point presentations and slideshows.
Seats up to 60 guests maximum and 75 for cocktail receptions (approximately 750 sq ft)
$500.00 Room Minimum
If total food and beverage bill reaches $500.00 or more, there will be no fee to reserve the space.
This room features a mounted projector and screen for presentations and slide shows at no additional cost. FireStone will provide the connection cables only. It is the responsibility of the guest to provide their own laptop.
Our indoor bar features beautiful riverfront views, two private lounge areas, and multiple LCD flat screen TV’s for your entertainment.
The indoor lounges can be reserved for a $100 food and beverage minimum
(Servers will be provided upon request only)
This includes an open bar for 150 people max, for up to 5 hours.
(Any private bar event must end at 12:15am and all guests must exit the building by 1:00am)

Our outdoor bar and patio area is tented and heated to accommodate events throughout the year.
Our spacious outdoor bar and patio is located steps from the Wilmington River Walk overlooking the Christiana River and features partial to full custom tenting (weather dependent), stage, dance floor, LCD flat screen TVs, cocktail tables, and several private lounge areas.
The outdoor lounges can be reserved for a $300 food and beverage minimum.

by management based on the event.
We have an AV technician on staff to accommodate individual event needs.
Any event requesting AV services must provide a minimum of one week’s notice
prior to the event, in order to schedule an on-site tech.
